Support for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong — or how to fix it — to begin therapy.
Many people come to individual therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how they ended up where they are. Others arrive because something feels off, even if they can’t quite put words to it yet. For parents, it may be the sense that your child is struggling and you’re not sure how best to help.
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to approach challenges with greater understanding, flexibility, and support.
How I Work
My approach to individual therapy is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to the person in front of me.
With experience working across ages and stages of life, I adapt how we work together based on developmental needs, comfort level, and goals. Therapy may include conversation, reflection, creative or experiential activities, skill-building, and noticing patterns that shape how you see yourself and the world.
Across ages, I pay close attention to:
The stories people tell about themselves
Where those stories came from
Which parts still serve them — and which may be ready to shift
Together, we’ll work to build insight, learn tools, and support meaningful change, while also honoring strengths that may have gone unnoticed.
